Hi Jaz... did I not send you the instructions for the Hartman mods ? Maybe not, could be my Altzheimer Light... Anyway, the good Captain is definitely right : Don't drill !! You will get a sharper and higher tone. More decibels, not lower and "impressive" sound. See, if it was that easy everybody would ride around with holes in the muffler, right ? To modify a Harley muffler seems to be a very good alternative to the Hartman mods, at least the price is about the same. Except that if you modify your own muffler you don't need to buy one.
